Why ship products at a consulting firm?
Because consulting that doesn't ship is theater.
Mindtrades runs Pulse for delivery, AEORank against our own marketing site (94/100, public), and deploys Manuscript on healthcare engagements.
No "AI for AI's sake." Each product was built because we hit the gap on a real engagement. Then we polished it for everyone.
Big firms can't open-source their core IP — they sell the IP. Two of our three products are MIT, because that's the only way regulated buyers will adopt detection logic.
Pulse and AEORank are how new buyers find us. Audited AI Operations is how they stay. The dual funnel works because the products are real.
